Delivery Information

All boiler orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be shipped via our trusted courier service for next working day delivery across the United Kingdom. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless it falls on a Bank Holiday, in which case delivery will occur on Tuesday.

For customers located within a 10 mile radius of our Head Office, orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday)are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.

All boiler deliveries are made on a pallet basis. Whether you order 1 boiler or 10, only one delivery charge will be applied.

We currently offer delivery services Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday (or Tuesday, if Monday is a Bank Holiday).
