🔁 Returns & Refund Policy
At E.C.A. UK, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
📦 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

In unused, uninstalled, and unopened condition

In the original packaging, with all documentation and accessories included

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact us at 📧 info@uk-eca.com. Returns must be approved prior to sending. Items returned without authorisation will not be accepted or refunded.
🚛 Return Shipping
If the return is due to a fault, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (including change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Products must be returned using a tracked and insured service.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, or legal reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, installed, or tampered with

Clearance, sale, or special-order items

Boilers not returned in original condition or missing packaging

Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Gift cards or promotional vouchers
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
You must inspect all goods on delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund where applicable.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund (if eligible), and place a separate order for the desired item.
💷 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
