3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours or textures exactly as they appear in person. All products are subject to availability, and we may change or discontinue products or pricing without notice.

We reserve the right to restrict sales geographically or by quantity.

4. WARRANTY DURATION ECA Arceus Electric Boilers come with a 3-year parts and labour warranty. Other product warranties are as described at point of sale. Proof of installation by a qualified engineer and appropriate registration may be required to validate warranty claims. Warranty terms do not cover issues caused by misuse, incorrect installation, or unauthorised repairs.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS If you are a consumer under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Items must be returned in saleable condition, unused and in original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT All prices are in GBP and inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may vary and are subject to change at any time. Payment is required at the point of order and may be made via accepted payment methods on Shopify.

7. DELIVERY AND RISK Delivery times are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you once the item is dispatched. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
